When can I please get a cake /order?
We require 48 hours notice please, for all Signature Cake Orders, when they are turned on. If you cannot see the cakes available to order, this means they are turned off and are not available, as we are fully booked.
WE ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS AND LAST ORDERS MUST BE IN BY 5PM ON THURSDAYS. EXCEPT TUESDAY ORDERS WHICH REQUIRE 72 HOURS NOTICE.

TUESDAY - FRIDAY 4PM - 7PM
SATURDAY 11AM - 7PM & SUNDAY 9AM - 3PM

THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION- ALL SUCCESFULLY PLACED ORDERS WILL RECIEVE TWO EMAILS. ONE, A RESPONSE AND THE SECOND A CONFIRMATION:- THE FIRST IS AN AUTOMATICALLY COMPUTER GENERATED RESPONSE BY A COMPUTER (SAYING THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED AN ORDER - THE SECOND IS A CONFIRMATION EMAIL BY A MEMBER OF STAFF. THIS IS SENT WITHIN 24HRS, during the week AND 72 HRS, during the weekend.
THIS SECOND EMAIL IS THE ACTUAL CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECIEVED AND WHAT THE ORDER IS FOR.
Can I get a custom cake?
Absolutely! We take great pride in our work and love to create awesome custom cakes for your events. Due to popularity & demand, that we are forever grateful for, we do book up about 2 - 8 weeks out for custom cake orders.
